How to get involved!

I got involved with horses by going to my local riding stables. When I was there I groomed the ponnies so learnt to groom. In their spare time my riding instructors and the owner of the stables taught me things about horses.e.g How to tack and un-tack and how to put on and take of a rug. If you wanted a job with horses you could decide one of the jobs you would like and do somthing with that.e.g If you wanted to be a vet you could phone up and ask if they needed any help and were you allowed to go to help for a day.I also went to a horse rescue centre.Or if you wanted to be a show jumper you take part in as many jumping shows as you could. also you could go to watch as many shows as possible on t.v aswell.That way you will pick up on how to sit , the different types of jumps and courses.
